CANCELLATION POLICY

Late: There is a 10-minute grace period. After, appointments will be forfeited and incur a fee of 50% of the reserved service total. Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide us at least 48 hours notice to avoid cancellation fees. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice will incur a fee of 50% of the reserved service total. If the charge fails, a fee of 90% of the reserved service total will need to be paid in full before you’re able to book another appointment. Illness & Contagion: If you are turned away at your appointment due to signs of illness or a potentially contagious condition, you will be charged 50% of the service fee. Reasons you may be turned away include, but are not limited to, fever, cough, flu or cold symptoms, COVID-19 symptoms, sore throat, head lice, pink eye or other eye infections, contagious rashes or skin infections, cold sores, or any other suspected or confirmed contagious illness. If you are feeling unwell, please contact us before your appointment to discuss rescheduling. No-Shows: No-shows will incur a fee of 90% of the reserved service total. Deposits are applied only to the service originally booked and cannot be transferred to a different service or appointment. Any no-shows or reoccurring last-minute cancellations may require full prepayment for future appointments and/or risk being banned from future bookings.
