CANCELLATION POLICY
Late: There is a 10-minute grace period. After that, appointments will be forfeited and incur a fee of 50% of the total service cost. Cancellations/Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide us with at least 25 hours notice to avoid fees. Changes made within less than 25 hours notice and/or no-shows will incur a fee of 50% of the total service cost.
