CANCELLATION POLICY
Late: There is a 10-minute grace period. After the grace period, appointments will be forfeited and incur a fee of 50% of the reserved service total. Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide us at least 25 hours notice to avoid cancellation fees. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 25 hours notice, as well as no-shows, will incur a fee equal to 50% of the reserved service total. Deposits are applied only to the service originally booked and cannot be transferred to a different service or appointment. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may require full prepayment for future appointments.
